  2. LICENSE AGREEMENT

  4. FaceMorpher is distributed as try-before-you-buy. This means:
  5.  
  6. 1. All copyrights to FaceMorpher are exclusively owned by FaceMorpher.com. 
  7.  
  8. 2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 14 days. Following this 
  9. test period of 14 days or less, if you wish to continue to use FaceMorpher,
  10. you MUST register.
  11.  
  12. 3. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use 
  13. FaceMorpher. One license gives the right to use FaceMorpher for ONE way
  14. of these two ways (not both ways!):
  15.  a) use FaceMorpher personally on one or more computers;
  16.  b) use FaceMorpher if it is installed on a single workstation used
  17.  nonsimultaneously by multiple people.

  19. The registered FaceMorpher software may not be rented or leased, but may
  20. be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this
  21. license. If the software is an update,  the transfer must include the update
  22. and all previous versions.

  24. 4. The FaceMorpher unregistered trial version, may be freely distributed, 
  25. with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not modified. 
  26. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of FaceMorpher 
  27. without written permission from the copyright holder. The FaceMorpher 
  28. unregistered trial version may not be bundled or distributed with any other 
  29. package without written permission of the copyright holder.

  34. 6. FACEMORPHER IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS 
  35. EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.  FACEMORPHER.COM WILL NOT BE 
  36. LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE 
  37. USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  39. 7. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, 
  40. disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or 
  41. any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. 
  42. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of 
  43. this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  45. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by FaceMorpher.com.

  47. 8. Installing and using FaceMorpher signifies acceptance of these terms 
  48. and conditions of the license.

  50. 9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove 
  51. FaceMorpher files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
